Symptom
You do not see the AutoComplete toolbar buttons (or ) in your web browser. These buttons were installed in your browser when you installed Password Vault.
Causes
•Your browser has not been restarted since you installed Password Vault. •The buttons are hidden and must be added to the toolbar. •The Regex Password Vault Helper extension is disabled or is not installed in your browser.
Solution 1: Restart your web browser
Close all browser windows you have open. Then start your browser again.
Solution 2: Add the buttons to your browser toolbar
Follow the steps for your specific browser:
Internet Explorer
a.Right-click the Home button . Ensure that Command bar is checked.

b.Right-click the Command bar. Click Customize > Add or remove commands. The Customize Toolbar dialog will appear.

c.Under Available toolbar buttons, locate the AutoComplete Password and AutoComplete Identity buttons. Add them to the toolbar. Click Close when finished.

d.The AutoComplete buttons should now be visible on the Command bar.

Mozilla Firefox
a.Right-click the Home button , then click Customize.... The Customize Toolbar dialog will appear.

b.Drag the AutoComplete Password and AutoComplete Identity buttons onto the toolbar. Click Done when finished.

c.The AutoComplete buttons should now be visible on the toolbar.

Google Chrome
a.Click Customize and control Google Chrome > Settings, then click Extensions.
b.Make sure the Regex Password Vault Helper extension is enabled.
c.If the Regex Password Vault Helper extension is not listed, you can reinstall the extension from the Chrome web store. |
