At Regex Software, we take your privacy very seriously. It is our aim to provide complete transparency into how we handle your personal data.

• When you send us a message, we will ask for your email address and some optional personal information, such as your name and company. This information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you. This information will never be shared with anyone. We will never send you unsolicited email (spam).
• When you purchase software from us, you will be required to provide your name, email address, billing address, and optionally, credit card information. This information is sent to FastSpring, a third-party payment processor, who is responsible for fulfilling your order. FastSpring's privacy policy is located here. Neither we nor FastSpring store credit card information after an order has been fulfilled. However, we and FastSpring will store all other information so that we can confirm you as a customer in the future if required.
• We will never disclose the fact that you (an individual or a company) are our customer without your explicit permission. This means that we do not display a full customer list on our website as some other companies do.
• We are aware of the sensitive nature of your personal data that you protect with Regex Password Vault, and we make every effort to ensure that your data is kept secure and private. Regex Password Vault protects your data with industry-standard encryption, and your data can not be recovered without providing the correct credentials. There are no backdoors into the software to recover your data. Your data is never transmitted to us.
• Regex Password Vault has a number of features that require it to connect to and download information from the Internet automatically. These features include, but are not limited to, checking for software updates and downloading website icons for passwords. Some of these features may be enabled by default. All features that require Internet access can be controlled via the Password Vault Options dialog. None of these features ever transmit any information about you or your data.
• We will occasionally update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our services. When we post changes to this policy, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to periodically review this statement to be informed of how Regex Software is protecting your information.
